Submission: Comedy Skit Idea - Dick Zuckers Ale

Dick Zuckers Ale:

Starts off with a quick BIO on the founder, Richard Zuckers. As a child he lived next to a neighbor that produced hops for beer. He became friends with that neighbors son, who introduced him to another kid who’s father made beer. He took an apprenticeship and began learning how to make beer. Eventually, as an adult, he started his own micro-brewery, and then eventually grew into a full blown brewery.

Commercials:

1. Gay Bar - guy with lisp describes how trashed he was, after swallowing two sixers of Dick Zuckers ale.

2. Irish Bar - come on into O’Malley’s Pub and wrap your lips around an ice-cold Dick Zuckers today.

3. Dick Zuckers beer, ask for it by name.

4. With a name like Dick Zuckers, it has to be good.

Etc…

Final commercial, guy walks into a bar, looks around at what’s on tap (noticing only Dick Zuckers ale listed). Trys ordering everything but a Dick Zuckers ale, and eventually just runs out of the bar.

Kegs (Barrel of Dick Zuckers)

Etc…

Anyway, I’m sure there are a ton of other things you could poke fun at with this skit, so by all means have at it. Have fun with it!

Thanks David, that’s not exactly what I do here but I admire your tenacity and creativity.

And since he’s putting it out there everyone should feel free to write it or make it if they want, maybe you’re having writer’s block and this will give you the jump start you need?
